We're glad that you are interested in registering to use our site and we would love to have you as a user.

In order to reduce spam and ensure the quality of the content on the site, we vet each request for a login manually and determine the appropriate permissions for the user. This may mean that your account will initially be created with a more restrictive set of permissions than you may need. Please feel free to contact us when we approve your registration and we will adjust your permissions appropriately.
